Our AC melted down, and the staff was great helping us transfer to another room. Great infrastructure, but we're not sure this facility is managed well, and maintenance needs a lift. Housekeeping was splendid. Breakfast... not so much. Pool needs a few lounge chairs w/o tears. Great central location.
What do you do in Florida in the summer when your AC fails? Move to a nearby hotel and enjoy cool life! I picked this hotel and I’m glad we did! It was well kept, clean, spacious and comfortable. Best of all, the AC rocked! Stefon checked us in. He was consistently helpful and gracious every time we interacted. Lorna was also helpful redoing our keys when I asked for late checkout. Why not sleep in and relax and check out late? That’s what we did! Oldsmar is not exactly happening but at least it’s quiet! We cooked in the room, ate take out and I exercised twice a day in between visits to the house for the AC repair. I also watered my neighbors plants daily because I had promised! Life is good with a cool and relaxing staycation!
Stayed here for a week on a trip down to the area. The rooms are very spacious with living room areas, a full kitchen, and nice comfy beds. Location is great too as you are walking distance from 2 parks on the bay and have plenty of food options around the area as well.
The service was great and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had for continental breakfast. Location is outside downtown Tampa, but lots to eat and see in the area.
